Bokashi indoor composting bins

Designed for commercial kitchens and restaurants, the 120 litre (30 gallon) bokashi bin can recycle 100% of commercial organic waste. It is designed to sit inside the kitchen or factory -  and you add your food waste to it as you produce it.  Each time you add waste, you add a small amount of bokashi (fermenting agent), then reseal the lid. When the bucket is full - usually about 3 - 4 weeks for an average commercial kitchen, you just transfer the contents directly into the soil of your garden, where it will break down into rich, humic soil within 2 - 3 weeks.

Refills of Bokashi cost about 5 dollars per month ($15.00 per 3 kg and 1 kg will last the average household about a month).  So for about 5 bucks a month, you get 20 kg of totally natural fertiliser every month! Restaraunt owneres could probably barter with some suppliers for the fertiliser. See it at Bokashi.
